Make your point

Highlight, underline and leave comments. Keep your annotations together in one place.

Put every page in its place

Merge, reorder, rotate, extract or split pages. Build the document you need.

Three everyday tasks, step by step.

Here is how they work in the current preview. Compatibility depends on the document; always keep the original.

How to edit text in a PDF

  1. Open the document and choose Edit text. Select the text you want to correct.
  2. Enter the change and review the formatting options. Apply change and Cancel stay visible in the panel.
  3. Save a copy with a new name and check the result before sharing it.

Text in an image or an unsupported structure cannot be replaced directly. OCR lets you search and copy text in compatible scans; it does not turn them into Word documents.

How to merge and organize PDF pages

  1. Open the PDF and use the page tools to add another document or select pages.
  2. Reorder or rotate the pages. Extract or split the document if you need separate files.
  3. Check the order in the thumbnails and save a copy without overwriting the original.

Document permissions and protection may limit the available operations.

How to search text in a scanned PDF

  1. Open a scanned PDF and use the OCR tool to recognize its text.
  2. Search for a word or copy the recognized text. Processing takes place on your device.
  3. Check names, numbers and accents before using the result, then save a copy.

Scan quality affects recognition. OCR does not guarantee an exact transcription or rebuild the original layout for unrestricted editing.
