How we keep file contents separate from your access to NoriaPDF.
Local documents
The website does not offer PDF or image uploads for editing. The app processes documents and OCR on your device. The contents of your PDFs are not sent to the licensing service.
Account and access
When access is enabled, email, purchases, validity and activated devices will be used to manage your license. Sign-in links will be temporary, single-use and bound to the requesting browser.
Necessary cookies
Informational pages use no marketing analytics or tracking cookies. Account access will use necessary cookies to maintain your session; these are not advertising cookies.
Payments and email
Resend sends sign-in links on behalf of NoriaPDF and processes the recipient and message content. Open and click tracking are not enabled for these emails. Hostinger hosts the website, account service and contact mailbox. Stripe will handle the payment form when purchases open; sales are not enabled yet.
Retention
Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and can only be used once. The session cookie expires after 7 days; you can end the session earlier with “Sign out”. The service periodically deletes expired temporary records. Signing out does not delete account data: it is retained to manage access and licenses. You can request deletion at info@noriapdf.com; we will verify account ownership and whether any data must be retained to meet legal obligations.

For privacy questions and requests about your data, contact info@noriapdf.com. Email sign-in has been tested, but public registration remains closed until the controller’s legal identity is completed. Purchases and commercial downloads are also still in preparation.
